Dirty dishes in sink ?

Ican't go to bed if there are dirty dishes in the sink.....anyone else ?

  • I can't walk past dirty dishes anywhere. At minimum they have to be rinsed and in the dishwasher ready to run when it's full. I have a lot of things I don't put in the dw though. Dirty dishes draw bug and that can't happen ever, not in my house.

  • Oh I frequently go to bed with dirty dishes in the sink....I do my dishes in the morning...

  • well, say if the dishwasher is full and there were still some left over, i may wash them by hand or just pile them neatly in the sink to go in the morning. it depends on how i am feeling at the time.

  • Depends how tired I am and how many are sitting there. 2 or 3 I let go till morning. More than that I usually have to take care of because I figure it's just extra crap I have to wash in the morning.

  • same here drives me crazy!!!! but my SIL with 6 kids leaves the dishes there for DAYS! EWWWWWW!

  • I wash mine in the morning and afternoon, after dinner i'm too busy with bathing kids and stuff to worry with the dishes
