Infant with nasal congestion

What remedies or treatment have you used that helped your infant with nasal congestion / cold? My baby is under 2 months old and is having a hard time breathing because she is so congested. Please help.

  • Nasal saline drops through the nose OR warm salt water..suction in, suction out, but gently. Thats about it for a newborn. A humidifier may help too.
