  • Same things you would eat to stay healthy if not pregnant :)
    Fruits, veggies, lean protein, drink lots of milk and water and take your vitamins every day...Do you have WIC in your area? They are a great resource even if you don't qualify for assistance you can at least go in there to talk and get advice.

  • I would focus on getting enough fruits and vegetables, and use that extra 300 calories you are supposed to be eating in a day toward extra lean protein and calcium.
