Online Babysitter Service

I need a legit reliable online babysitter finder.

I start school in July and my hours are 6-10pm mon-thursday and saturdays 9-3pm
My husband works so I don't really have anyone in my area to watch my 3 years old son those hours.

I got a scholarship so I def. do NOT want to miss this opportunity of finally finishing school

SO- any good websites that do the criminal background checks and what not you have used or know of?

  • Just so you know... Sittercity and charge extra for background checks unless the sitter pays for one on themselves. They're not automatically run. :)

  • It''s fine i'm willing to pay to make sure my child is in good hands; Because the hours of my class i'm sure not alot of high schoo students parents will allow them to watch a child that late

  • I've used both of those sites, they are good places to start.

You could also see if your school has a job board for other college kids looking for work! Education or nursing students seem to be my favorite babysitters. :)

  • Some local colleges who have early childhood education majors are a good source of care. (both on sight at the school and a place to put job postings)

  • Alot of students wouldn't be able to work those hours since alot of them already have jobs
