When is Shampoo needed for babies?

  • Most of the liquid bath soap for infants you buy these days is for the skin and the hair.

  • yes i would use baby shampoo... use it everytime you bathe your baby it helps prevent craddle cap...............they should of gave you a small sample when you were in the hospital...

  • I usually just use the Johnson & Johnson's head to toe baby wash on my son....it doubles as shampoo and body wash all in one

  • Yes, they have hair and follicles just like anyone else, they should be getting their hair washed as well. Just use a baby shampoo, or an all in one body/hair wash for babies.

  • We've been using a baby wash for the last almost 10 months but he's finally getting hair so I wondered if it was finally worth it.

  • seeing as your child is older than mine i may not have the best advice, but i personally use j&j's regular baby shampoo on my 2-month old and will probably use it for at least the first year. i love the smell of it. if you wanted something different, shave makes some good kid shampoos :)
