How do you stay fit thru pregnancy and healthy at the same time?

  • Eating clean is very safe during pregnancy. Here's a link to my journal with eating clean basics.

    I rode my bike until 34 weeks, walked through my whole pregnancy, went to the gym, swam, etc the whole time (with my doctor's okay) and only gained 12 lbs.  Check with your doctor, but there's no reason you have to stop exercising, and if you were exercising before pregnancy, you can usually keep up any exercise regimine you had before, just on a lower level.  If you're introducing new exercise, get your doc's okay first.  Good luck!
