Great Lunch Ideas?

My son can't have any dairy, so I was wondering if anyone had a any great lunch ideas... I can't seem to think lately. He is five, and just a little picky.

  • My DD loves soy nut butter and apple butter sandwiches, she loves, hot dogs, fish sticks, vegetables, dried fruit, sometimes I give crackers--but we also do cheese and yogurt.

  • Salad would be good too ! You can do a variety of different salads : Chef Salad, Cucumber & Tomato Salad, Green Bean Salad !

  • Grilled chicken cut into small pieces, with a little corn or peas. Perhaps add some apple slices as well. Soup s always good. Peanut butter and jelly?
