  • if she had a weight problem sure. we would buy her them and go on walks.. but for everyday shoes, no.

  • In concept its just another silly trend that has controversial undertones that most kids don't understand as a whole, but I wonder from a child development standpoint if the structure of the shoes is actually safe.

  • No. I saw them the other day in the store and was actually disgusted that they make them. If you feel your child is overweight, watch their diet and get them outside, walking or playing sports or something. Children don't need toning shoes.

  • The doctors say for the shapeups to do its job you would have to walk in them 16 hrs a day. But on the other hand they are better to walk in than regular tennis shoes. I would look at the price of them before I would purchace. If she needs the exersize just have her do excersizes.
