How can i help my daughter lower her blood pressure?

my 8 year old has high blood pressure and I am trying to help her lower and do more thing healthier in her any idea please help...

  • Woah, and people are trying to deny the health issues in america today, this is a prime example of why parents have to wake up and feed their kids a healthy diet from birth, and not just when something is wrong.

  • Exercise with her. Start with a small walk to the park. Encourage outdoor play with a soccer ball. Fitness can help lower the blood pressure.
