grease your pan and cover them in brown sugar bake at 300 for about an hour then brush on some thick bbq sauce of you liking and continue to back at 350 for another 20 min or until the bbq bubbles. It ain't healthy but it gooooood.
What type of wings do you want?
My favorite are rinse the wings in cold water, and roll them in a bowl of flour, seasoned salt, paprika, pepper, and sage. Then just pan fry them. When they are done, just toss them in a sauce of your choice. Just like they make at the bar! ;)
