Can takin prenatal vitamins really help with morning sickness??

i get morning sickness really bad like im in the hospital every 3 days cause i cant keep nothing down so i did a little reserch and saw that takin them when ur trying get pregnant will help with sickness if not have it at all has anyone hear of this????

  • mine made it worse actually.. I had to take them before bed or I would get sick during the day.

  • Same here, made me sicker. I had all day sickness to begin with for 4 months straight. i actually lost weight before i gained any. Always took them before bed.

  • Some can, especially ones with extra B vitamins. I took one called Premesis, I think it was. It had some extra B vitamins that helped the nausea. It did take the edge off.

  • The prenatal vitamins made me vomit all day and night. Tried Flintstones (OB_GYN said to give it a shot). Those did not make me feel better either. When I was taken off of the vitamins all together I threw up all day....but not all night :)
