What is your best list of recommendations for me when im feeling anxious

so far i know
1)count
2)breathe
3)figure out what im anxious about
4)dont put myself in stressful situations
5)isolate myself
6)write it all down
7)drink water
8)think how proud of myself i'll be if i handle this well
9)exercise regularly

anything else? im sure there are plenty more. thank you mucho

  • For me, exercising regularly helps the best. Do you have general anxiety or is there something specific that is making you anxious?

  • i have panic attacks about specific triggers usually

  • The best therapy for this is cognitive therapy which teaches you about positive thinking, once you change your way of thinking your attacks will subside. Exercise is also wonderful for eliminating stress
