What is a good vitamin to take daily?

  • Oh I forgot, in response to judimary, you do need to take vitamins, its not like in the past when food was processed correctly, now food is colored and sprayed and does not contain the nutirients it should so in order to get the vitamins you need to take some.

  • My doctor told me that most North American people do not get enough vitamin D. So that is one we should all take (unless you are outside 8 hours a day).

  • Docters will say women need the B-12 vitamin, I take a mult-vitamin, but I just heard to get more sleep you should take magnesium so I'm trying that.

  • If you really want to be healthy, you should eat well and not take vitamins. They are an unnecessary strain on your kidneys and liver.
