How do you determine which size ball is right for you, will be my first time using one any advice or particular brand to buy

  • I believe it's by weight/height.

  • You generally do it by height. I'm 5'4, and it says I should have a 55cm ball, but that's too small, I need a 65cm ball. Your legs should be bent at a 90 degree angle with your femurs (thigh bones) parallel to the ground when you sit on it. Most adults need a 65cm ball. You're better off getting one that's too big and underinflating it slightly than getting one that's too small and hoping for the best.
