  • Sometimes. If I know I should go to bed but I don't feel tired enough yet. I'll read about 5 pages of anything and be ready to pass out.

  • reading   Yes, I do! I have always been a reader and loved to read- especially at night before bed.  After taking care of the house, kids and then working 8 hrs, I need something quiet and relaxing to do.  Reading is my favorite "me" time activity.    The house is quiet, everyone is asleep, so I get comfy in the livingroom, sometimes snuggle up in my favorite blanket and pick up one of my many books and get caught up in the stores.   Sometimes the cats will snuggle up with me.

  • Yes! MzLee said it perfectly. It's amazing, too, how many books you can breeze through in a month, reading just 30 mins a night. My 9th grade English teacher made that recommendation. She was so right.

  • Yes. I actually have trouble falling asleep if I don't read for a little while first.
