  • string..i get a long piece and move down with every tooth. those sticks just don't seem clean enough..using the same little piece of floss in your entire mouth. they are nice i guess to carry in your purse though

  • My dentist says that old fashioned floss works better because you don't have to work as hard to floss correctly. I don't like the old fashioned floss because it always gets too tight around my fingers, and they start to turn purple, but if it's not tightly wound around my fingers it always slips off. However, she did say that if I'm willing to do the work the sticks work just as effectively. Which I am.

  • Both - string at home, the sticks for when I'm out - easier to be discreet about it ;).

  • Floss. My Dentist and hygeinist say that the only way to get all surfaces of your teetth is with floss and the stick things miss place, injure your gums.
