Whats for dinner?

I have stuffed shells in the oven as I type this, I love to make them but I hate the way the ricotta mixture feels on my fingers when I stuff them LOL.

So what are you having?

  • Oooh, I love stuffed shells but I don't use ricotta in mine ... I use potatoes (boiled and mashed), spinach, parmigiano cheese, herbs, and eggs to bind it all together. YUMMY!

  • french dip sandwiches are roast beef with provolone cheese on a hoagie roll with au ju sauce on the side to dip it in..yummy!!! at least that's the way i grew up eating them :)

we're having pork chops, mac-n-cheese (semi-homemade--kraft with a little extra cheese thrown in lol) and steamed broccoli with strawberry jello for dessert.
