How can I grow long and healthy fingernails?

My nails are pitiful. They are soft and break easily. Anyone have any tips on how to make them stronger? Does any type of nail polish work?

  • Long natural nails require constant maintenance.  Keep them polished using a base coat and top coat and file them frequently.

  • DO NOT bite them. That's my biggest flaw right there. Keep them polished so you don't pick/bite them, or misuse them.
