How to help DD go?

I hope everyone is ok with a question regarding going number 2.

My two year old daughter won't go ,,,,,she is holding it in. I think because it hurt to make a BM in the past. Any suggestions? Diet?

  • Check with your Pediatrician, possible a stool softner or Karo syrup in milk and also make sure she gets plenty of fiber and fluids. There might be something new on the market that will help her, don't hesitate to call your Pediatricians' nurse... Good Luck.
