I just got an outdoor grill and it is a gas grill does anyone know how you can cook on it without burning everything, I have it set on the lowest setting

  • You need to turn the heat back up. The lowest setting is for BBQ (330-350 degrees) the higher is for grilling (500-550 degrrees). When cooking meat you only want to turn it one time. Steaks you are normally going to cook them for 6 minutes each side for them to be meduim rare......6 on one side, 8 on the other for medium.

  • Check your settings and make sure you aren't leaving the food on too long. Grills cook food fast so you have to keep an eye on it.
