you know how they sell the hardening ice cream sauces at the store for like $3 or $4 well i found out a way to make it at home if your allergic to peanuts do not do this
get a bag of dark chocolate chips (or what ever your favorite chocolate is dark chocolate tastes the best though) and get a jar of smooth/creamy peanut butter
make a double boiler(a glass bowl ontop of a pot with a tiny amount of water....enough to boil and not just evaporate)
measure out how ever much chocolate you want on one bowl of ice cream (i just poar it into a bowl and stop when it looks like enough)
and depending on how much you like peanut butter add it to taste....i add one spoon full because i only make enough for myself since no one else really wants any, its tastes like resse(sp?) cups in a way
if you want to you can make the whole bag (i get the small bags) just make sure to add only 2 spoon fulls of peanut butter melt it taste it and add more if you want to ooh also if you make the whole bag put plastic wrap over the top leave it on the counter till it cools and put it in the fridge till you want more.....when you do want more put it in the microwave till it melts again...depending on your microwave is how long it'll take...try 30 seconds first
tell me how it turns out :) oooh and it does harden kinda like the stuff from the store
