LAKE dyes

anyone else remove these from all foods in diet
and found a big change in health
google LAKE dyes, red 40
what do you think
banned in other countries but NOT the US

i used to have migraines, but after taking... red #40 ...out, i do not have these anymore:)

  • I try to avoid all dyes, but especially red - it makes my oldest child CRAZY.

  • I am currently making the change to get Dyes out of My sons' Diet. I can't BELIEVE how much is out there with DYES

  • Yes, removed them from son's diet since he's allergic.

  • my child is allergic to red 40 too
    when i took out of our diet, my migraines went away

  • and you can NOT rely on color of food
    even white marshmellows can have color dyes in them
