Does anyone here know of really good work outs for removing back fat?

What are some good exercises to tone your back up? Removing lower back fat and love handles? Pilates, yoga are the only ones i know that are all around good for anything. Do i need to do high intensity cardio? Running?

  • try zumba or step aerobics. full body get the sweat going is what you need

  • thanks, i dont sweat thats the thing. It takes a lot for me to sweat even when i used to do cardio and tae bo at home.
