How often do you work out weekly?

I work 2 hours in the morning and two hours at night lifting weights doing cardio MMA and aikido.

  • 12 to 14 times a week. Seriously. It's usually circuit training for an hour in the morning and then a run or a bike ride for an hour or two after that.

    It's a whole lot of work!

  • I workout 6 days and some days it's divided into 2 sessions (morning & night) depending on what I've got going on. The only time I didn't get 6 days in so far this year was the week leading up to my marathon when I needed to rest to have fresh legs!

  • 4 to 6 times a week. Weights one day and jogging the other, when my schedule works out for it.
