if you are talking about the tubal implant that is an alternative to a ligation, then yes i have them.I've had them for 5 years and have had no problems. i have never had a pregnancy scare, but do not do it if you think you may want a reversal, they are not meant to be reversed. the Dr that out them in was very skilled and i was out for about 20 min. it was an outpatient thing, and i did not experience any pain or miss any time off work. you have to use birth control for about three months, mine liked to use the depo shot, and after three months they do a dye test to be sure that your tubes are completely occluded. if not, they give you another shot and do the test again. you need to carry the card that they give you with you, because there are certain surgeries and scans that cannot be done around your torso because of the implants, and they have not been studied in the US past three years, but i feel secure with mine.
