What kind of birth control do you think is the best but most natural?

because i am not pregnant my doctor said i should be put on birth control because i am only 19 and i really don't need a child at the time so i just wanna know what kind of birth control all you ladies think is the best working but yet still best for you body..

  • i think the best method is condomns
    but don't be pressured into using birth control pills because they are bad to your body and after you get off of them your body goes crazy and its harder to conceive when you want a child. That what happened to might not be like that for everybody..juss saying..

  • condoms.. Natural family planning (it takes work & if u dont have regular periods like me-i dont think u can do it)... spermicidal- though they take some fun out of it cuz once u put it in, i dont think oral sex is an option..
    Personally i say RUN from depo.. or anything that will make u NOT have a period (like the new pills that say u dont need one unless your trying to get pregnant)..
    I dont like IUD but some may like it since some have no hormones in them.
