If your on a diet what do you have for breakfast?

This morning I had oatmeal. Sometimes i will have egg whites or a shake. What do you eat for breakfast when you are on a diet?

  • Honey nut cheerios with a teaspoon of wheat germ and a banana cut up into it. If I have too small of a breakfast I end up snacking before lunch!! I like a hardboiled egg cut up and mixed with a teaspoon of lowfat mayo and some pepper and tad bit of relish on wheat toast, yummy!!!

  • I don't "diet," per se, but I eat clean. I mix it up, but I might have oatmeal with fruit, wheat germ, bee pollen, ground flax, soy milk, and nuts, or an omelet with ham and tomatoes with some lowfat cheddar sprinkled on top over a piece of toast, or a piece of toast with peanut butter, almonds, and drizzled with honey.
