  • I use left-over ham to make or add to the following: scalloped potatoes with ham, hashbrown/egg bake with ham and cheese, my grandma's casserole, chop it up and make ham salad sandwiches, make bean soup and add ham, make split pea soup and add ham,
cut it into pieces and serve as a sandwich on bread, hogie buns, a tortilla wrap, croissant.
