Drink plenty of liquids, this will help the milk supply as well. I'm not sure how you're eating is like now, but I do know that it is NOT recommended that you try to significantly reduce your caloric intake. Maybe talk with your doctor about taking a vitamin supplement if you are not doing so already; stick with the basics, fruits and veggies, lowfat milk (or soymilk), and enough protein so that your iron level stays at a healthy level. If you are able to do so, maybe speak with a dietitian or a lactating consultant, they would probably have some good advice also. Good Luck!
