Has anyone been keeping up with this?

Liu is socially liberal. He has written in favor of affirmative action, abortion rights, and same-sex marriage and has been critical of Bush-era waterboarding policy and the death penalty

AHA!!!!! THis is why Repubs don't like him. Of course......
He sounds like a good guy to me. :-)

  • That's fine that you like like him minnegerp, but for those of us that understand the implications of his thinking (read his work) and respect the constitution, he is dangerous.

  • This nominee would be a good choice, he is respected by his peersand an expert on legislative law .

Typical reaction by the right-wing extremists who would only be happy with someone who would ban gays, abortions , legalise torture and extend the death penalty to human rights activists like Julian Assange

Your paranoia is showing again .

No, what is showing is our desire to take this Country back from the liberal nutjobs whose thinking, practices, laws and regulations have taken this Country to the brink of it's ability to survive,
