2 Bumps

I still have some pelvic pain. I delivered more than a week ago, shouldn't that be better now?

It's not cramps (though I have plenty of those, too) but more like a constant ache. It hurts to walk!

  • It can take awhile longer than that for the aches and pains to go away.

  • Not strange at all. You're probably just still swollen and a little beat up down there. It will get back to normal soon enough, just takes a few weeks for me.

  • you know what helped for me, I got one of those things that you wrap around your hips when you work out, the compression felt good. I thought it was my hips going back to where they were before I was pregnant

  • Ice packs helped me and try not to do anymore that is necessary get help.
