  • No my doctor says you should do the opposite to break a fever. Wear light clothes, no blanket, luke warm bath or shower as cool as you can stand it.

  • I always do it because when I get a fever..I freeze to death. So, I go sweat it out and am fine in no time at all.

  • I did it, I usually feel very cold so I put tons of blanky and wrap around my neck, sweat for a bit and i'm fine in the morning

  • Depends-- if I have the chills where I feel very cold, teeth clacking and body shaking then I will put on my heavy-duty warm clothes and wrap up in blankets. No chills- then I don't I wear regular comfy clothes and a light sheet or blanket.
