  • Giving birth to my son.
Seeing the look on my son's face when I was yelling at him and realizing it was the SAME LOOK I'd get with my drunken father/uncle. Needless to say I DON'T drink and haven't for 3-4 years now.
    Giving birth to my daughter.
Watching my son get on the bus for his first day of kindergarten (more traumatic for my daughter though).

  • I had a child when I was 15 and gave her up for adoption and that totally changed who I was. I grew up a lot after that experience. And of course when I met my husband and when we had our daughter.

  • My daughter. She was definetely a gift from God. I had a pretty bad drinking problem that probably would have cost me my marriage had I had not found out I was pregnant. My daughter is my angel.
