What flowers to plant by garden to help keep bugs and stuff away?

i hear theres flowers u can plant around your garden to keep things out. i guess cause they dont like the smell..anyone know what kind?

  • Marigolds. There are more things that will help with specific stuff but marigolds are kind of the "catch-all".

  • Ladybugs help keep the bugs that eat your garden away. I bought some ladybugs and my garden has been growing alot better since then.

  • Mexican Marigolds keep moles & mosquitoes away. Queen Annes lace attracts a bug that will eat caterpillars and caterpillars are pests that eat your plants in a garden. I like caterpillars myself so I have not used this against them. Daisys attract Lady Bugs, and they eat motes & aphids which can destroy any garden.

  • I don't know what the flower is. I have heard of this too but don't know what it is. Everyone keeps saying marigolds and that is crazy. I had no idea.
