  • I have been to and had waterbirths~ I've only seen someone wear a top once. (homebirth)
    You can wear anything-nothing.
What do you want to wear?

  • Are you delivering in there?
If so nothing on the botom.
Either way, nothing is nice. But you can wear a 2 piece suit and decide as you go. Or just use the bottoms with your sports bra, whatever you like!
    Undies are fine, too.

  • I'd go with whatever you're comfortable with.

  • You could use a sports bra, bathing suit top or a tank top. I would think anything light and comfortable that will not make you feel weighed down when it gets wet.

But really you do not have to wear anything if you do not want to. I know by the end of labor in most of the waterbirths I have seen the mother in completely undress but since you said you only are laboring in it than your situation may be a little different.

  • Would you like help to achieve your preferences?
If you want a waterbirth why not plan one?
