  • My son napped until he went to Kindergarten (he's in 1st grade now) My daughter pretty much cut out naps most days about 6 months ago. She'll take about 2-3 naps a week but I do make her have quiet time. I let her watch a movie and she just has to lay quiet during this time but she rarely falls asleep

  • My four year old, Ainslie, does not. But my two year olds, Brydon, Zander and Gavin do when they're cranky. But, I do make my children have one hour per day of alone time. They can choose to take a nap, play or create crafts. Whatever they want as long as they have at least an hour of alone time.

  • Mine all stop around age 3, though we do try "quiet time" during nap time later on, because otherwise I wouldn't have any time to get the cleaning done, take a shower, prep dinner, etc. My middle child did stop closer to age 4, maybe 3 1/2, and my youngest is trying her best to stop at 2 1/2 :-(

  • Sometimes, but they have at least one hour of quiet time a day they go to sleep or not. My 3 1/2 still does most days because she gets really cranky otherwise but my 5 year old doesn't .

  • My son is almost 3. He goes to bed at 7:30, asleep by 8 and wakes up at 7am. I tried to hold onto his nap for a while, but since 2.5 he's been a horrible challenge to get down for a nap, so I officially gave up a few weeks ago.

  • my son turned 4 in April this year and hasn't taken a nap on a regular basis for almost a year now; he has to be either sick or really tired for some reason to take a nap during the day

  • my son goes to bed at 8 PM year round and gets up between 7 and 8 AM; he has quiet time during the day where he either can look at his books, watch a movie or play quietly and that is about an hour to hour and a half(sometimes he does fall asleep while doing this) just for me to recoup and get some things done without him wanting this, that or the other thing

  • My DD is almost 4 and NEVER naps on weekends or when at home. Her preschool insists they take 2 hour naps, and then I have HELL at home trying to get her to go to sleep during the week.
Weekdays - She goes to bed about 8:30 -9 and gets up at 7
weekends -- She goes to bed about 10 and gets up about 8:30
