What can a toddler sleep on while traveling?

I'm going to be traveling for about a month with my daughter who will be 2 in July. Normally I'd just have her sleep in bed with me but some times I'll be on the couch, plus the bed thing makes me nervous if there isn't a side against a wall so I know she can't roll out.

I was wondering what alternatives there are that would be more comfortable than a playpen?

  • If she will stay where you want her try the floor. She could sleep right next to you, maybe. Our kids slept on a foam pad on the floor when we would go overnight to my inlaws
