Is fat free the same as non fat?

If not what is the different?

    Adj. 1. fat-free - without fat or fat solids; "nonfat or fat-free milk"

  • Yes. BUT be careful. Alot of products that say Diet have more calories than fat free. IE Sour Cream has 35 cals per serving for the Diet, but only 15 for the fat free ;) YES i read labels too much, but i make my ranch dip with is so its a must lol
