  • homeopathic remedies: In the case of first-degree sun burns where the skin is red, we take apis melifica 30c every three hours. And when blisters appear (second degree burns) we use cantharis 30 c a dose every hour. I have taken the cantharis pellets and put them in water in a spray bottle and mixed it up until the pellets dissolve, then spray on the burn as needed.

  • A bath with ACV (apple cider vinegar with the "mother", try Bragg's brand) will alleviate the pain. Then plenty of real aloe vera, not those fakey products with a touch of aloe vera and alcohol and colorings and other bad stuff.
