  • we live on fort drum. for a 2br/1ba 800 sq foot apartment, we pay 1245 a month. but that includes gas, water, and electric.

  • Texas, $725. Rent around here is like $1200 a month for a house and like $600 - $750 for appartments.
    At this point, id pay more if I wanted to rent an apartment.

  • My house payment was approximately $800.00 mo. Thank God, it's finally paid for! (I live in a small rural area in Ohio.)

  • We pay $1,300 for a 3-bdroom w/approximately 1900 sq. feet of living space! There is also a 2 fireplaces, a full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs by the garage. The second fireplace is downstairs next to the garage! The house sits on 37 sq. ft. of land! We just rent tho'!

  • I need to move to some of these places... I live in Ma and make 40,000 and that is considered low income so I live in affordable housing condos and my one bed is 950 like i said above.. A market rate one bedroom starts at 1500 here...

  • Our whole BAH. I'm honestly not sure how much that is because the entire amount is taken out immediately. But, it includes all utilities (gas, water, etc.).
