  • Making long-term changes - eating better, watching my portions closer, and exercising. No fad stuff works for me.

  • eating less, finding healthy foods I love that I can eat for the rest of my life, finding an exercise that is now more to me than just a method of losing weight, but my therapy, my fun, my social outlet (running)
