I am nervous...

So my Hubby and I are planning on moving to Norway in five years, after our daughter graduates high school.
So I found a lodge here where Norwegians gather, but I am only half. So I hope someone there will decide to let me join, and I can also learn the language.
I will also be giving up my american citizenship when I move, but everything costs, so we are saving.

  • What a wonderful adventure!

I've lived abroad for years but never considered giving up citizenship. Why would you give up your citizenship?

  • I am moving because my Hubby and I love it there. I also have an Uncle and cousins there. But in order to become a citizzen we would eventually have to give up our citizenship. I once had dual citizenship do to my father being from Norway, but once I became 22 I was just an Amercian citizen because it is where I lived at the time.
