  • I had my son in a kiddie pool at six months. I was in there with him, but he could sit up on his own and splash the water. He loved it. He is now fourteen month and is in and out of the kiddie pool pretty much all day. A little tip: if your hose water is very cold, leave the pool in the sun for a bit before you put your baby in the water :)

  • Ever since our DS was a few months old he had a small pool and the first time I took him to a public pool he was around 17 months old.

  • I'm sure it would be safe for any age as long as you kept a pair of eyes on the child/baby or went into the pool with them

  • My DD is 9months going on 10 and every time she is in the bathtub she either tries to get on her back and float or on her stomach and kick. I wasn't sure what age would be appropriate.
