WHen you BBQ....

Do you the the black charred outside of the meat or do you peel it off?

Me personally it depends on how charred it is... a little is ok but when it is super thick I peel it off.

  • it depends on what kinda meat it is!! i dnt like my chicken like that but steak n stuff dnt bother me

  • It depends on how charred the meat is. If it's too charged I pick it off.

  • I cook with foil so it doesn't char. I don't like the char at all.

  • When grilling, we're careful to keep the heat low enough that the meat doesn't char. We just have *enough* color from the grill marks.

  • ours is never really charred. sometimes if i use a marinade with honey or molasses it will brown/caramelize a little, but not burnt looking.
