  • I had them throughout all 3 of my pregnancies from very early on. Your Dr can give you suggestions on how to be more comfortable.

  • I've been having them for about 11 weeks or so now, I'm 27 weeks pregnant with my second.

I have noticed that drinking water, taking tylenol and laying on my left side will help, or taking a warm bath. They can start if youre dehydrated or whatever too. You should call your dr if you have more than 5 in an hr, but usually they're harmless.

  • yup - normal, just not comfortable.. try relaxing more, drinking water, eating properly and walking them out if they get really tough. GL
