How to get crayon off of glass

my sneaky 1 year old managed to get a lot of crayola crayon onto our glass sliding door. Any ideas on how to best clean it off? Thank you:)

  • Oh but a good dish soap like Dawn or Palmolive should work too.

  • I think that using a dry washcloth is easiest to begin with and see what that does. And then a razor blade would also make easy work of it. It seems like whenever I add a liquid to cleaning crayon off it does more of a smearing job. I guess there are a lot worse things to color on but you just have to ask yourself why.
