DIARIES are for females only??

I've been keeping a journal-diary since I was 15. And most people I know who do the same are gals!

How 'bout you, do you keep a diary/journal?
Why do you think women/girls tend to do so than males?

  • I keep one because it helps with my feelings and I have a log of what and where I was.

  • Historically speaking, more men kept them than women- and they were referred to as a 'diaries'.

  • I do, sporadically, though. I wish I was the type to do it every day, but I usually can't find anything to say. lol

  • I would lose my mind if I didn't blog. I don't let anyone see it. When I am gone then my family can read what I have left for them. Women are more verbal than men, I don't think they are taught as young people to express themselves.

  • Younger boys are getting in to them again thanks to the "Diary of a Whimpy Kid" series!
