Why does my left side hurt when I walk?

I woke up yesturday with my left side (leg and groin area) hurting when I walk. I got up this morning and it was gone and now it is back. I have a hernia and a vulva vericose vein on the left side. But wondered if the baby could be on a nerve or something. any ideas on what this could be? I am 24 weeks!
