What's best for relieving discomfort for a teething baby?

  • rubbing vanilla extract on my little ones gums worked wonders, but it has to be pure vanilla extract not the immitation stuff.

  • Tylenol or teething tablets! You could also freeze a banana and put it in a mesh feeder that you can get at Walmart for pretty cheap.

  • 2breath2live is right. I use the same for mine. Orajel is also good just remember to use it in moderation.

  • Tylenol worked wonders for us! Also.....I know it sounds a little mumbo jumbo...but alot of people swear by those amber teething necklaces. We didn't purchase one, but I'm kind of intrigued!
