Do you do double denim?

Fash faux pas turn stylish

There are certain trends this season which would be considered fashion faux pas until now. But they have suddenly turned stylish. For example, double denim was a complete no-no until now. Not anymore. You can go out there wearing jeans and a T-shirt topped with a denim jacket and you would still be considered “with it”. The denim jacket could be in any format like a biker jacket, suit style, a baggy number or even a vest. Basically denim on denim is not tacky anymore. Not after Rihanna made it ultra-glam and Anna Wintour endorsed the trend.

  • its always been ok just don't wear the same shade on top as on bottom or you can look like you're wearing your prison blues. I love a white jean jacket over jeans . I've been doing that for 20 years.

  • Nope I would never do it but it reminds me of the eighties when people were in to jean jackets with whatever jeans they wore. She definitely pulls it off but I would look like an idiot.
